This article is about malls in the East Valley region of metro Phoenix, not a mall called the East Valley Mall.
Sadly this will start happening more and more. Phoenix is one of the most devastated areas by the mortgage crisis, if we don't reverse course soon more areas will see dead malls, towers, etc.
